Description
BL 2401 , 9 1/4 in wide by 6 in tall.
Poured for your order. It is not a piece we keep on a shelf. This one is 9 1/4 in wide, 6 in tall, and 15 in deep. The photo shows brackets on a house. The drawing is the size of this one.
Shipping
A single piece, or a few, normally goes by parcel.
This one is over 10 inches in at least one direction. Buy a lot of them and the load may have to ship LTL freight instead of parcel.
Freight needs a verified commercial address that a 52-foot trailer can pull into. A house with a business in it does not qualify. If the carrier calls the address a residence, a $275 fee is added. You get a confirmation letter, and you can correct the address or pay the extra freight.
The order goes to the Spectis plant in Manitoba the same day. Shipping from Canada typically takes two to three weeks.
How to read the size
Width is across the face. Height is top to bottom. Projection is how far it comes out from the wall. All three are on the drawing. A bracket that is deeper than the overhang will not fit.
How it goes up
Set it against a clean, solid surface. Bed it with PL Premium and fasten it with screws or finish nails. Use PL Premium on every bedding face and every joint. It is urethane based. Other adhesives can damage the product. Buy PL Premium. Nails and finish are sold separately.

Questions
What is it made of?
High density polyurethane. It cuts, nails, and glues like wood, and it is used inside and outside. Installed properly, it will not rot, warp, or crack. It ships double primed and ready for latex paint. No sanding, and no extra primer.
Can this go outside?
Yes. Most of these are used under an eave. The same material is used inside. Do not set it over wallpaper.
Which glue?
Use PL Premium on every bedding face and every joint. It is urethane based. Other adhesives can damage the product. Buy PL Premium. Nails and finish are sold separately.
Can I hang weight from it?
No. It is decorative. It is not a structural support. Do not hang a swing, a beam load, or anything else from it.
Can I return it?
No. It is made for your order. Confirm the profile against the drawing before you buy.
Will this ship to my house?
A few pieces usually ship by parcel. This profile is larger than about 10 to 12 inches, so a large quantity may have to go by LTL freight. What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect it when it is delivered and tell the carrier right away so they can file a claim. Email sales@spectis.us the same day. If we are not told within 24 hours, Spectis cannot qualify the items for a claim.
