Privacy policy
Updated September 30, 2026. This page covers spectis.us, which is operated by Veritas Products LLC, Suite 71, Naples, Florida 34119.
We use the information you give us to take orders, ship them, answer questions, and, if you asked for them, send product news. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
When you browse the site, the store records the usual technical details: the IP address the request came from, the browser and device type, and the pages you opened. That is used to run the site and see what is working.
When you create an account, ask a question, or place an order, we collect what you submit: your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you ordered. Payment is taken by the card processor or PayPal. Your card statement shows Veritas Products. We do not keep your full card number on this website.
How we use it
- To process the order, send it to the Spectis plant in Manitoba, and have it shipped to you.
- To send order and shipping messages.
- To answer a call or email.
- To send product news if you subscribed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order messages are part of the purchase and are not marketing.
Who else sees it
We share what is needed to complete the purchase: the payment company, the Spectis plant that makes the order, and the carrier that delivers it. We do not sell or rent your information for someone else's mailing list.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect the store, our customers, or our rights.
Cookies
The site uses cookies so the cart, sign-in, and checkout work. You can refuse cookies in your browser. Parts of the store, including checkout, may not work if you do.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access. No website can promise perfect security. Please keep your account password to yourself.
Other websites
Links on this site may go to other companies, including PayPal and the carrier. Their privacy rules are their own. We are not responsible for those sites.
