Shipping & ordering
Order timing
Typically Ships within 2-3 weeks from Order Date. Confirm current production and delivery timing before scheduling installation.
Parcel or freight
Small pieces typically ship UPS. Large pieces or combined orders may require freight to a verified commercial address accessible to a 52-foot trailer; a home-based business does not qualify as a commercial delivery location.
Residential freight
If the carrier classifies the address as residential, a $275 fee is added and a confirmation letter allows you to correct the address or arrange the extra freight.
Before you order
Confirm your dimensions, finish and installation requirements. These products are made to order and are nonreturnable. For large orders, email sales@spectis.us to discuss delivery.
