CM1818C Scroll and Bead Ceiling Medallion
CM1818C is a scroll and bead ceiling medallion, 18″ across with a 4¼″ center opening and 1 1⁄16″ depth. It is poured in high-density polyurethane and ships primed white, ready for paint.

At 18″ across, CM1818C is under 25 inches and typically ships by UPS. If your order also includes a medallion, ring or panel 25 inches or larger, that piece goes by LTL freight.
Check the delivery address
UPS delivers to residential or commercial addresses. If part of the order goes by freight, that piece needs a verified commercial address with access for a 52-foot trailer; a residential classification adds a $275 fee.
Allow time for production
Orders go to the Spectis plant in Manitoba the same day. Production and shipping from Canada typically take 2–3 weeks. Contact us before ordering if your project has a deadline.
Check the fit
The outer diameter is the size of the medallion. The center hole is listed separately; do not order by the hole size.
Size the medallion to the room and the fixture. Compare the drawing with your ceiling and the fixture canopy before ordering.
The 4¼″ center hole passes the electrical box wiring. Check that your fixture canopy is wider than 4¼″ so it covers the opening, and allow for the 1 1⁄16″ depth when setting the canopy and chain length.
Installation & finishing
- Turn off power at the breaker and remove the fixture before fitting the medallion.
- Bed the back with ADH100 adhesive and fasten into the ceiling framing with finish nails or screws. Fill the holes.
- The medallion is decorative; it does not carry the fixture. Support the light from the electrical box as usual.
- Paint promptly after installation with latex paint. The factory-primed surface needs no extra primer.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect the shipment at delivery, report damage to the carrier immediately, and email sales@spectis.us the same day. Notification within 24 hours is required to qualify items for a claim.
Is there a warranty?
The Spectis warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for five years for the original end user when the product is used and installed under recommended conditions.
