A cap ordered on its own typically ships UPS. An order containing long rails ships by LTL freight.

LTL freight goes to a verified commercial address a 52-foot trailer can pull into. A house with a business in it does not qualify. If the carrier calls the address a residence, a $275 fee is added, and you get a confirmation letter so you can correct the address or pay the extra freight. The order goes to the Spectis plant in Manitoba the same day. Shipping from Canada typically takes two to three weeks.

Installation & finishing

Adhesive, fasteners and other system components are sold separately. Paint after installation in accordance with the manufacturer’s finishing instructions.
