Shipping
A piece 25 inches or larger does not go UPS. It ships LTL, and the freight costs more than a normal parcel shipment.
Freight delivers to a verified commercial address a 52-foot trailer can pull into. A house with a business in it does not qualify.
If the carrier decides the address is a residence, a $275 fee is added. You get a confirmation letter so you can correct the address or pay the extra freight.
The order goes to the Spectis plant in Manitoba the same day. Shipping from Canada typically takes two to three weeks.
How to read the size
The diameter, or the width and the length, are the numbers in the product name and on the drawing. A center hole, when there is one, is called out separately. Do not use the hole size as the medallion size.
How it goes up
Bed the back with PL Premium and fasten it to a solid ceiling. Use PL Premium on the back and at every joint. It is urethane based. Other adhesives can damage the product. Buy PL Premium.
