High density polyurethane, molded for this order. It is decorative trim for the side of a window. It is not an operable storm shutter.

The name reads 16 by 48. That is 16 inches wide and 48 inches tall. Width is the short way, across the leaf. Height is the long way, from the bottom to the top.
