BL3189 Coved Decorative Eave Corbel 5.5"W x 17"H x 12"P

It ships double primed. Paint it after it is up. This one is 5 1/2 in wide, 17 in tall, and 12 in deep. Write the profile number down if you are matching a row that is already up.

Freight needs a verified commercial address that a 52-foot trailer can pull into. A house with a business in it does not qualify. If the carrier calls the address a residence, a $275 fee is added. You get a confirmation letter, and you can correct the address or pay the extra freight.

The order goes to the Spectis plant in Manitoba the same day. Shipping from Canada typically takes two to three weeks.

Width is across the face, height is top to bottom, and projection is how far the corbel extends from the wall. BL3189 measures 5.5"W x 17"H x 12"P. Confirm dimensions against the drawing before ordering.

How It Goes Up

Set the corbel against a clean, solid surface. Bed it with PL Premium and fasten it with screws or finish nails. Use PL Premium on every bedding face and joint. Nails and finish are sold separately.

What is it made of?

High density polyurethane. It cuts, nails, and glues like wood, and it is used inside and outside. Installed properly, it will not rot, warp, or crack. It ships double primed and ready for latex paint. No sanding and no extra primer.

Can this go outside?

Yes. These decorative corbels are commonly used beneath eaves and similar exterior details. The same material can also be used inside. Do not install it over wallpaper.

Which glue should I use?

Use PL Premium on every bedding face and joint. It is urethane based. Other adhesives can damage the product. Nails and finish are sold separately.

Is it structural?

No. BL3189 is decorative only and is not a structural support. Do not hang a swing, beam load, or other weight from it.

Can I return it?

No. It is made for your order. Confirm the profile and dimensions against the drawing before purchasing.

Will this ship to my house?

A few pieces usually ship by parcel. A large quantity may require LTL freight. Freight requires a verified commercial address accessible by a 52-foot trailer. What if it arrives damaged?

Spectis Moulders Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from date of purchase, to the original end user, when used and installed under recommended conditions.
