FP7254 Fluted Pilaster with Block Ends
A fluted pilaster with matching plain block ends and small transition moldings. The four flutes have staggered end lengths as shown in the drawing. Made from high-density polyurethane and supplied primed white for finish painting.

Size & fit
Confirm the assembled opening, overall dimensions and projection against the fireplace and wall layout. Polyurethane is decorative trim; follow the fireplace or appliance manufacturer’s required clearances and installation requirements. Do not use it as a firebox liner or heat shield. The individual drawing shows matching block ends and a 6½-inch maximum width; the older photo and title depict a different pilaster profile.
Installation & finishing
Installation
Dry-fit against a clean, prepared surface. Check alignment, clearances and the manufacturer drawing before fastening. Use ADH100 adhesive on all bedding and butt joints, together with the manufacturer’s specified nails or screws for the substrate. Adhesive and fasteners are sold separately.
Finishing
Supplied primed white for finish painting. Prepare joints and fastener holes, then apply compatible finish paint following the manufacturer’s coating instructions. Coordinate exterior joints and weatherproofing with the wall assembly.

Parcel or freight
Smaller pieces typically ship UPS. Large pieces or combined orders may require LTL freight to a verified commercial address accessible to a 52-foot trailer. A home-based business does not qualify as a commercial delivery location.
Residential freight
If the carrier classifies the address as residential, a $275 fee is added. A confirmation letter allows you to correct the address or arrange the extra freight.
