LTL freight requires a verified commercial address accessible to a 52-foot trailer. A house with a business in it does not qualify. If the carrier classifies the address as residential, a $275 fee is added. A confirmation letter lets you correct the address or pay the extra freight.
How long
The order goes to the Spectis plant in Manitoba the same day. Shipping from Canada typically takes two to three weeks.

The shaft is 8″ square and the overall height is 96″. The model-specific drawing shows a 10″ top crown, a 10½″ lower pedestal body and a 13″ widest base trim. Allow for the full base trim, not just the shaft width. The drawing shows a 5″ square internal opening.
The fluted shaft and broad lower pedestal distinguish this profile from the smooth box column. Check the complete drawing before wrapping an existing support.
Split-column option
This decorative column can be cut lengthwise into two halves to fit around an existing post or beam, then joined back together on site with ADH100 adhesive. Factory cutting is available for an additional $40 per column. Check the model drawing for internal clearance before ordering. This service is for decorative columns only; structural columns must not be split.
Installation & finishing
- Check the mounting space and existing support before fitting the column. Set it plumb; decorative columns do not carry building loads.
- Use ADH100 adhesive on every bedding face and butt joint.
- Follow the manufacturer instructions for fastening, joints and finishing. Paint after installation. Adhesive, finish and additional installation fasteners are sold separately.
