LTL freight requires a verified commercial address accessible to a 52-foot trailer. A house with a business in it does not qualify. If the carrier classifies the address as residential, a $275 fee is added. A confirmation letter lets you correct the address or pay the extra freight.
How long
The order goes to the Spectis plant in Manitoba the same day. Shipping from Canada typically takes two to three weeks.
Check at delivery
Inspect the shipment on arrival and notify the carrier immediately of damage. Email sales@spectis.us the same day. Report damage within 24 hours for claim qualification.

The ring has an 14″ opening, 15½″ outside diameter and 1″ height. Measure the shaft where the ring will be installed. On a tapered column, the diameter changes with height.
The drawing specifies that the ring ships split, with ¼″ extensions for trimming to fit on site. The interior is unfinished. Column shafts, caps and bases are sold separately.
Installation & finishing
- Dry-fit the component to the column at its intended location. Check the opening or seat size and orientation before bonding.
- Use ADH100 adhesive on every bedding face and butt joint.
- Follow the manufacturer instructions for fastening, joints and finishing. Paint after installation. Adhesive, finish and additional installation fasteners are sold separately.
