PL11108F Fluted HDP Urethane Pilaster Pair

PL11108F white fluted HDP urethane pilaster pair, nominal 11 inches wide by 108 inches high

Frame a tall entryway with the PL11108F fluted pilaster pair. Seven rounded-end flutes, a moulded capital and a plain plinth create a traditional architectural surround for doors and windows.

Check the CAD before ordering: the linked drawing shows an 11⅛″ overall width, 2⁹⁄₁₆″ cap projection and 2⅝″ base projection, with a 1¾″ shaft depth. These details differ from the catalog’s nominal size. Confirm critical clearances before purchase.

Cut the bottomMeasure from the top of the door down to the landing, including any brick mold. Cut the extra off the bottom so the two tops land level.
The plinthIf the plinth block is separate, bed it to the pilaster with ADH100 adhesive and fasten it from the back before the pilaster goes on the wall.

The long side is over 48 inches, so it ships LTL freight, the same as a long header.

Where it can land

a verified commercial address a 52-foot trailer can pull into. A house with a business in it does not qualify.

If the carrier calls the address a residence, a $275 fee is added, and you get a confirmation letter so you can correct the address or pay the extra freight.

How long

The order goes to the Spectis plant in Manitoba the same day. Shipping from Canada typically takes two to three weeks.

How it goes up

Bed the pilaster to the wall with ADH100 adhesive and fasten it with corrosion-resistant exterior screws or finish nails into framing. A different adhesive can attack the urethane. Nails, screws, and adhesive are sold separately. Install notes.

What is it made of?

High density polyurethane. It ships double primed and ready for latex paint.

Does it carry a load?

No. It is decorative trim. It does not carry the wall, the floor, or the roof.

Which glue?

Use ADH100 adhesive. A different adhesive can attack the urethane. Buy ADH100 adhesive.

Can I return it?

No. It is made for your order. Confirm the profile and the size against the drawing before you buy.

How does it ship?

What if it arrives damaged?

Inspect it when it is delivered and tell the carrier right away. Email sales@spectis.us the same day. If we are not told within 24 hours, Spectis cannot qualify the items for a claim.
