PL1190P Single Panel HDP Urethane Pilaster Pair

PL1190P white single panel urethane pilaster, 11 inches wide by 90 inches high

Add a traditional frame to doors and windows with the PL1190P single panel pilaster pair. A long recessed panel, moulded top cap and plain plinth provide a clean architectural detail.

  • 2¼″ maximum projection; the CAD shows a 1⅞″ shaft depth.
  • Sold as a pair; one pilaster shown.
  • High-density polyurethane (HDP urethane).
  • Double primed for finish painting.

Cut the bottomMeasure from the top of the door down to the landing, including any brick mold. Cut the extra off the bottom so the two tops land level.
The plinthIf the plinth block is separate, bed it to the pilaster with ADH100 adhesive and fasten it from the back before the pilaster goes on the wall.
Made for this orderMolded when you order it. Spectis does not keep it on a shelf, and it cannot be returned.

If it will not go parcel

A piece the carrier will not take as a parcel goes LTL freight to a verified commercial address a 52-foot trailer can pull into. A house with a business in it does not qualify.

If they call it a house

If the carrier calls the address a residence, a $275 fee is added, and you get a confirmation letter so you can correct the address or pay the extra freight.

How long

The order goes to the Spectis plant in Manitoba the same day. Shipping from Canada typically takes two to three weeks.

How it goes up

Bed the pilaster to the wall with ADH100 adhesive and fasten it with corrosion-resistant exterior screws or finish nails into framing. A different adhesive can attack the urethane. Nails, screws, and adhesive are sold separately. Install notes.

What is it made of?

High density polyurethane. It ships double primed and ready for latex paint.

Does it carry a load?

No. It is decorative trim. It does not carry the wall, the floor, or the roof.

Which glue?

Use ADH100 adhesive. A different adhesive can attack the urethane. Buy ADH100 adhesive.

Can I return it?

No. It is made for your order. Confirm the profile and the size against the drawing before you buy.

How does it ship?

What if it arrives damaged?

Spectis Moulders Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from date of purchase, to the original end user, when used and installed under recommended conditions.
