Crossheads, pediments and pilasters that are sized to work together. Every part number links to its listing.
How to measure
- C is the opening between the pilasters. Measure across the door or window, including any casing you want to stay visible.
- Choose a pilaster width (5″–9″). In the chart, find the row where the C value for that width matches your opening.
- That row gives the matching crosshead (A width) and pediments (B width). E is the height of the crosshead or pediment; check it against the space above the opening.
- Pediment pitch is shown as rise/12. Compare it with your roof line or nearby gables.

These pieces dress a door or a window. A pediment is the triangular cap. A crosshead is the straight header over the opening, sometimes with a dentil course. A keystone sits at the peak of a pediment or the crown of an arch. Pilasters flank the opening. Headers, arch trim, and sunbursts are in this same category.
The parts are high-density polyurethane, factory-primed, and ready to paint, for interior or exterior. They are trim, not structure. Use ADH100 on bedding faces and butt joints. Other adhesives can attack the urethane.
